We want you to put 100% into your sports training and recovery, as well as making smart nutritional choices to reach your full-body sports potential.

Sports nutrition is a crucial part of how you train for both performance and recovery. If you are not aware of what you feed your body, it can be a critical factor determining whether or not you reach your body composition, strength, performance or recovery goal.

Our Sports nutrition counseling services create customized nutritional plans for each individual client based on their body type, lifestyle, needs, and health concerns. Sports Recovery Spa understands that no two clients are alike, so each Meal plan we create is specialized, whether it be for muscle gain, weight maintenance, clean eating, sports performance or general health.

What to expect on my visit?

Initial sports consultation: (75 min.)

Expect an in-depth assessment of your diet, supplements, hydration, sleep, training, and lifestyle to determine the areas that need improvement. Consultations are specifically tailored to you, for both your sport and lifestyle. We will discuss body composition and formulated food strategies on pre- and post- sports nutrition. Finally, we will set sports nutrition goals.

Follow up visit: (30 min.)

We will review your goals and progress.
