Sauna Rules

Use 3 towels: a small towel for under your feet, a small towel to sit on and one big towel to wipe the sweat off of your body.

Recommended apparel is athletic shorts (and a sports bra for women).

Stay hydrated/drink water before, during and after your session.

No chemicals or lotions allowed in the sauna.

Smokers are not permitted in the sauna. The wood surface absorbs tobacco odor released from the pores of the body and will cause damage to the sauna and may cause allergic reactions to other clients.

Infrared sauna sessions are limited to a maximum of 30 minutes and temperature must stay below 150ᵒ F.

In the event that any dizziness, light-headedness, pain or discomfort is experienced, immediately disconnect sauna use.

If pregnant, sauna use is not recommended.

Consult your physician if you are in doubt of your ability to use the infrared sauna for health reasons.
